From writing Ireland’s national suite of template operating policies to delivering Women’s Safety Charters in London, Avon and Somerset and Norfolk, we specialise in safeguarding, licensing, equality, and workplace safety policies that set high standards and stand up to real-world challenges. 

Accreditation Support

We’ve supported local authorities and BIDs to prepare for Purple Flag, and develop custom accreditation schemes, giving partners the frameworks and confidence to demonstrate excellence. 

Practical Toolkits and Templates

Whether it’s a safety charter, vulnerability toolkit, or safeguarding framework, we create resources that are simple to adopt and effective in practice. 

Pilot Projects

We’ve launched initiatives like Safe Bus programmes, BCRP pilots, and late-night levy reviews, helping places test new approaches before scaling them up. 

Audits and Assessments

From overnight safety audits and infrastructure reviews in Westminster, Kensington and Chelsea, Southampton, Sunderland, Northampton, Norfolk, Bristol and beyond, we identify risks and opportunities, then provide clear, practical recommendations to improve spaces and experiences. 

Leadership Mentoring and Recruitment

We’ve helped governments and councils recruit Night-Time Advisors and mentored local leaders to deliver their own place-based solutions.

Cardiff LGBTQIA+ Nightlife Strategy

We worked with Cardiff Council to research and improve LGBTQIA+ inclusion in the city’s nightlife. Through surveys, focus groups, and audits, we developed evidence-based actions to make Cardiff safer and more welcoming for everyone.

Developing the New Bath Safe Bus

We worked with Bath BID to design, launch, and train staff for the city’s first Safe Bus - from branding and setup to policies, volunteer recruitment, and operations. Since launching in 2023, it’s supported more than 120 people and become a trusted hub for welfare, safety, and community care every weekend.

Ireland National Venue Policy Framework

We worked with the Government of Ireland to create 25+ national policies for hospitality venues, covering safety, safeguarding, and crowd management. Updated in 2025, they continue to guide safe and consistent operations across the country.
